Thursday they took my blood to check the bacterial status. On Friday the results were the bacterial infection was in fact moving in the right direction. The doctor was pleased with those results; however, he had some concern because the tests also revealed the liver was under stress because of all the antiobiotics.
Today, being Saturday, the world renowed professor arrived with five of his students and he taught my case to the students. So for me, not so much anything in regards to my foot but for his students a rare case to see the results of a flesh-eating bacteria. And of course, him being another one of those positive doctors, tells his students if we can't stop it we will take her leg from below the knee and he shows them. Thank God I am Ms. Positive.
The next major update with be Monday. Please continue the prayers for me as I would like to be able to have reconstructive surgerz conversations with the doctor. I really want to kick ass at leadership with my right foot of course!
