From Heidi to Trainers...

Peter, you are a riot!! Thumbs up on your masterful 'Mission Accomplished' Trainer Stretch Extraordinaire! Cheesy grin and all!! Do we give medals for trainer efforts done outside the seminar environment? If not, let's start now!! I begin by nominating Brenda for showing up to be by Doris side, and Peter for his sweat-dripping Fawlty Towers chase!

A thought struck me today:
As Doris' experience has unfolded, it is evident that there is prayer needed on many fronts...Jayne, Pam, and of course blessings to David's new baby! The thought is for all this to evolve into a 'Trainer Prayer Circle' where we can all cast our wishes for prayers (via email, text, phone or blackberry!). I am sure that within each of our group of family and friends someone is going through something - it is just part of life. So without any shyness or consideration of the extent or severity of the challenge, email us all with the details and particulars (specifics helpful but not at all necessary) - I certainly have plenty of space on my prayer list to devote to all of you, and would be honored to do so! It is an effortless, fulfilling task that takes seconds. My father had a stroke back in Feb paralyzing his right side, (he is doing very well now) it was a tough time, as it always is when our parents go through challenges - and I would have so welcomed the emotional boost knowing that quiet prayers were being sent my family's way.

Many of you may know the story of a woman who sent out a silent prayer to someone who was in a car accident up ahead as she waited in the traffic jam that ensued. He had an out of body experience and observed the pulse of prayer that came from her vehicle. Many months later after a long recovery, he somehow had been able to recollect her license plate number from the OBE, and through that found her address, and showed up at her door with flowers, to say Thank You.
That story has forever stayed with me on the power of even an anonymous prayer.

So I offer and would love to inaugurate our 'Trainer Prayer Circle' as a means for us all to be an extra set of wings to help carry any of us through the challenges that we, our friends or family members might face. Knowing that we all become more of who we already are as we come to the other side of a tough situation, having the heart and mind of all of this group behind us, I am certain would provide a soothing balm as troubled waters are traversed.

I send you all Love in Abundance,
Heidi xoxoxoxooxo......

PS Doris, continue to be the warrior you are, I am thrilled to be hearing about your progress! And next time, for goodness sake, wear a complete wet suit when hiking, along with knee high boots, thick gloves and a crash helmet - we want you to be prepared for anything!!
Jayne, you are on my prayer list as I awake on Monday morning - may your brother hear you in the intervention and commence his way back to Love.
Pam, Love and Prayers to your Dad, I will continue to hold you and him in my prayers..
and on the joyful side, David and Truda - Congratulations!! on a bringing a beautiful soul into the world! I homebirthed both my girls - it's an amazing experience!!

It's 3:30am here in New York, time for bed! (As many of you may attest, when you have wee ones, the only time to get things done is in the wee hours!!) Have a great rest of your weekend and God Bless to all!
