Dear Friends,

first of all let me say how amazed I am at the response of the trainer
family to the shocking situation Doris has found herself in.
It is a blessing that she is recovering and to have Brenda and Peter fly over to
support her is fantastic.

Thank you for all the updates from everyone - I know there is a huge community around the world that have been sharing each news bulletin as soon as it appears.

I would like to share some news that will hopefully bring another smile
to everyone - Truda gave birth to our second son Edon Raphael on April
1st at 0431.

We had a natural home birth again (it is a massive reminder
in the power of focus!). Edon weighed in at a colossal 10lbs 1oz
(although he had a smaller head than our first). We are all doing well,
the best bit is how much Phoenix loves his little brother. There are a
couple of pics of the Truda before and after.
